" Hey, do you love to get wet in the rain " ????

Well i love to get wet in the rain. (well not always)

When it rains here i love to go up to the roof terrace for some time.When the cool breeze sweeps over my face %26amp; the first few drops of rain touches my face....oh ! it gives me a heavenly feeling. A shiver runs down my body which gives me

goose bumps.The sweet smell of the wet mud brings back old

memories. The tender plants %26amp; flowers look so refreshing on

getting wet in the rain.

But the lightning %26amp; roaring thunder scares me a little %26amp; on top

of that my mom scolds me when she finds me getting wet in

the rain.

Some times i make little paper boats %26amp; set them to sail on

accumulated water. ( I know it sounds kiddish but thats how i

am. I love to do such little things which most people consider

insignificant but which gives me immense pleasure).

I know that sometimes heavy rain destroys crops, causes floods %26amp; causes many such problems but if u forget all its

disadvantages for one moment u may fall in love with it too like me

both taking pleasure out of seemingly insignificant things.

i love the rains !!

although i tend to catch a cold more often than not,rains cannot keep me indoors for too long.

no amount of scolding deters me.

the smell of wet earth .......... had a taste of that in school,reduced to memories now !!

ours is a huge campus.

on exam days when it rained,we all got wet even if we had a second sitting.

When U wrote that, I felt a connection. We used 2 do the same thing in India!!! It was fun!!! I love the rain so much %26amp; it's so fun 2 get wet. I feel the same way u do when it comes 2 rain. Although sometimes I tend 2 catch a cold %26amp; my mom scolds me.

Reply:I love being in the rain, but not when I need to get somewhere or meet someone. I've always been like that for some reason..but other than that, I love to be out in the rain with my dog, either on a walk, or just sitting down.... I also love taking pictures in the rain! It's raining now, I better go :)

Reply:I love the rain. I always like to go walking/running in the rain cause it keeps you cool %26amp; its just awesome. I can't do it much in the winter cause its so cold though.
Reply:Looking at this question i remembered an incident which happened in mumbai on 26th July 2005! I was in my school and monsoon was going on! while i was leaving school it suddenly started raining! i thought that it was normal and that day we had got the exam papers back after checking! problem was that i had neither a raincoat nor an umbrella! i was worried and hoped that nothing should happen to any of my papers! but there was one heavy rainfall and i was stuck in school because our bus(while coming to school) got stuck on the road! there was no chance for me to reach home that day! and this is what happened. my mom told me to spent my night at my friends house who lived close to school! as i reached her house the first thing was to open my bags and check my papers. they were in a good state cause i had put them in my file. but when i opened my books i saw that the whole page was full of ink. the books were all wet and fully ruined and guess what- my notes disappeared. this was the worst day of my life and also the best day cause i was lucky and had no raincoat so i could get wet in the rain! I'll never forget this day!
Reply:i adore the rain.i'm like a little child when i'm outside in the rain,but my parents don't like me getting wet.i get lucky when i'm at school and it rains. then my best friend and i stand in the rain during the break or our free time.
