I don't know about this Girl, most confused i've ever been?

I go to college and I met this girl who was in one of my classes and one day she wanted me to help her with a paper, which i did and then we talked for like 2 hours afterwards before she went to her next class and then that weekend i took her Ice Skating for what i though was our first date.....well that was in December and although i have hung out at her dorm and stuff i haven't been able to get her to stick to going on another date, we also haven't declared anything as going on if you can understand that...the most I've gotten out of her is a hug and when we sit on a couch there is rarely any sort of physical contact between us, which as made me afraid of making a move...does anyone have any advice as to if i should be still trying to pursue this? I thought about sending her Flowers for V-day, but idn if thats a smart idea

I've had a few expirences like this before and I found that girls tend expect guys to make a move. Be aggressive. Just go for it. Worst case senario she doesn't like you like that and you can move on to the other three billion girls in the world. Or just talk to her ask her where you stand so if your Wasting your time you can just move on.
