Art project help please.?

my next project in art is scratch board if you dont know what it is its black paper w/ white underneath you use a tool to scratch away the black parts you dont need. and i dont know what i should do. nothing extremely hard like buildings. and please no flowers i just got done with a flower. if you could supply a pic. that would be amazing. please help. i would greatly appretiate it.

try and animal like a dog or a cat or a bunny or a fish or a rat or a turtle or an...OSTRICH!

Reply:You could try an animal, like an insect or something.

Or you can try still life like a basket of fruits or a bottle of wine and such. Good luck! Hope I helped you!
Reply:scratchboard is so awesome. no need to know how to draw that well. anywho, try doing an animal with fur. that way, you can show the many bristles that animal contains, showing technique and texture, and may end you up with an A plus. do you have a cat named fluffy or watever? do her.

Reply:I had to do that when I was in school as well... I think animals are easiest :) I found a picture of a zebra that didnt look like it would be to hard... Scroll down the page a little.
