Fairfax County police have charged a 23-year-old Centreville man with sexually assaulting four children at the Centreville Regional Library. He is Mynor Andres Gonzalez Estrada of 6338 Field Flower Trail in The Meadows community.



IN ONE incident, July 31, around 8:50 p.m., a 10-year-old Centreville girl told police she was looking at books when a man grabbed and squeezed her buttocks. Police say the child walked away to another book aisle and saw the same man with his shorts pulled down and his shirt lifted, exposing himself.

She told her mother who then called the police. And now, police believe Estrada is allegedly responsible for this incident. They also believe he was involved in similar incidents July 16, at 3:30 p.m., girl, 12; and July 28, 4:30 p.m., girl, 9. And he's suspected, but not charged, in an incident Aug. 7, 7:30 p.m., with a girl, 10.

Police became suspicious of him following a traffic stop and subsequent investigation. According to police spokesman Don Gotthardt, last Wednesday, Oct. 10, shortly after 11 p.m., an officer saw a vehicle at Centrewood Drive and Field Encampment Road in Centreville. Noting that it had a loud exhaust, the officer stopped it at Centrewood and Machen Road.

As things turned out, police charged the driver with DWI and driving without a license. Estrada was a passenger in the car, and Gotthardt credited "outstanding police work and the sharing of information between officers" with Estrada's being charged with the sexual offenses.



HE WAS CHARGED with three counts of aggravated sexual battery — "aggravated" meaning that the alleged victims were under 13 — and one count of obstruction of justice.

Pursuant to the driver's arrest, police interviewed all four people in the car separately and, during routine questioning, asked each one if they knew of any other crimes in the area.

The information gained at that time, plus further investigation, enabled police to obtain warrants for Estrada's arrest.

On Monday, Gotthardt said police have since learned that Estrada, a day laborer, is reportedly an illegal alien. In addition, the investigation is continuing and police say further charges are pending. Meanwhile, Estrada is being held without bond in the Adult Detention Center and has a Nov. 13 court date.

He also has legal troubles in Prince William County, which has placed a detainer on him in jail. That county is charging him with failure to appear Dec. 4 in its General District Court because he allegedly did not comply with the terms of the suspended sentence he received for an earlier shoplifting conviction. http://www.connectionnewspapers.com/arti...

I went into a lady's room at a train station north of NYC, and I saw this middle aged hispanic man as I walked out of the stall. I yelled at him: Hey, you shouldn't be in here!!

He just looked at me and smirked.





As far as I know, the latino/hispanic culture considers it normal to have their girls pregnant at age 13+, so I guess what we consider as sexual assault is really nothing to fret about for them.
