Got girlfriend mad, trying to make it up to her with a little bit of time, is this a good idea?

We've been together for more than a year. These past couple of months she's been extremely busy and I got upset with her when I found out she had to go on a trip this weekend with this club that shes in and won't be spending time with me. We don't spend much time together anymore because she's been so busy and I learned that if I love her i'm just going to have ot be patient with this... let her study, work, and do what she has to do.... but i know this now... before she left i didn't... and her train gets back tommorrow really early and so i want to do something romantic to make her smile... i owe her alot and shes everything to me... i want to make her happy... but it's 1:30 at night. Flower shops closed... not to mention i dont know any in the area... so I thought outside the box... i cut rose petals out of construction paper.... over 100, and place them around the room n wrote her a love letter; the petals take her to it. i think its cheasy but its from the heart. What do u think?

AWWWWW!!!! I would probably be in tears. I think it is creative and heartfelt. It shows that you do love her and would go out of your way to make her smile! :) I would probably draw her a bubble bath to go with it and offer a massage since she works so hard. Kudos to you for caring so much!

Reply:The idea is beautiful and you would know how she's going to respond. It depends on what type of person she is. If you have a plain Jane, they always appreciate the small things. Unfortunately, if you have a very high maintenance girl then cutting roses out of construction paper just won't cut it. FYI.... Wal-Mart supercenters sells roses and their are very inexpensive. Also ballons and gift arrangements.
