Are flowers only okay?

I been datin this girl for almost 1 month now and tonight we're making dinner together and then goin for dessert and downtown for some amazing views of the city.



since i dont have those 'romantic' feelings for her just yet, its too soon obviously...i was wondering if flowers would be okay enough? its the thought that counts right? i'll write a lil note on the attached paper "hey name, happy valentine's day =)"



do i need to get a card or candy or its no big deal? remember, we are no where near serious and we just started dating, like 3 weeks ago...thanks. ps im dressed up nicely, red shirt w/black pants :)

I think your idea for just flowers is perfect!! You would be overdoing it with anything more... and possibly misleading her.



Oh...and I think that a bouquet of a different mix of flowers would be nice too. Roses may also tend to be a bit too romantic (if that's not what you want to go for).

Reply:well, flowers are nice. but you could also try giving her flowers that are made out some type of candy or chocolate. it could be nice. and you should also get a funny card. either something thats cute, or one that sings. hope it helped : )

Reply:That is very sweet of you. In this situation I would think flowers would be enough. Or, if you really feel like you want something more..how about a CD of someone that you know she has been wanting? Or a complete season DVD of her favorite show? As a female myself, if the relationship is too new, I would feel weirded out by any thing too romantic. Good luck!
