Can I get a military example of Reprimand?

This is for a paper in my AFJROTC TX-20011 class at Flower Mound High School

Can I get a military example of Reprimand?
There are three basic types of military reprimand, I believe only two are covered under the Uniform Code Of Military Justice (UCMJ). Starting from the least severe, is a basic letter of reprimand. This is a letter that is inserted into your personnel file and is written by an officer in your chain of command, usually by your company commander. The next is an article 15 which is a more severe form of punishment and the one modt used. It allows an officer (again one in your chain of command and usually the company commander) to restrict you to quarters, reduce your pay and/or reduce your rank. The pay and confinement are for specified periods (I am not sure the max allowed under article 15) the reduction in rank is lasts until you can manage to get promoted again. Any soldier being threatened with discipline under article 15 may (if they feel they are being disciplined unjustly) request a courts martial. The court martial is the most severe form of militarty discipline and is the military's closest thing to a trial. You are probably already aware that there are significant differences between civilian and military justice. There are three (I believe) different types of court martial, Special %26amp; General are the only two I remember. As I said these are "trials" presided over by a panel of officers and high ranking NCO's (Non Commisioned Officers) where evidence is presented by both sides and the panel makes a determination as to innocence, guilt %26amp; punishment. This is a very brief outline and description of the forms of reprimand available under UCMJ.
